◦ Crash reports and analytics to improve the app.
◦ Basic timer usage data to offer features.
How is your data used?
◦ For cloud syncing, notification alerts, crash and analytics to fix bugs and improve features.
◦ You may receive important Flowton updates by email if you link your account.
How is your data used?
◦ Your profile/settings/timer usage are all local and offline by default. When networked, this data is backed up and stored securely in Firestore/Firebase for future "user restore" functionality.
Do we share your data?
◦ Never sold. Only shared as needed for core app functionality & improvements, or legal requirements.
◦ Anonymous analytics may be used to improve app performance and features. This data is not sold or used for advertising.
Data retention:
◦ We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide the app’s functionality.
◦ If you delete your account/data, they are permanently removed.
Your choices:
◦ Within the Flowton app, you can decline login/notifications, but some features may not work.
◦ To delete your account & data, navigate into Flowton app → Settings → Terms & Support → find a button to "delete your account & data". This performs a complete wipe, deleting local files, deleting the cloud backup file, and removing Apple Auth tokens if user logged in via.
Children's privacy:
◦ Flowton is not intended for users under 13.
◦ We do not knowingly collect data from children.
